Villa Fotini Location
Villa Fotini is located just 2, 5 kilometers away from the center of Skiathos, at the end of the central Papadiamantis Street. It is easily accessible by taxi or car, while we usually meet our visitors at the airport to escort and guide them to the premises. We also arrange special car rental rates for all our clients. At 2, 5 kilometers from the villa you can find everything you need at the center, such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies etc.
At the same distance there’s also the first beach of the South side, Koukounaries, while for the last one a half hour car ride is just enough. The accommodation is also 7 kilometers away from the airport and 5 kilometers from the port.
Studio Takis Location
Nearby there is the beach of Xanemo, one of the most beautiful northern Skiathos beaches. Xanemos Beach is only 1,5 km away from our studios and there you can also find a beach bar that serves beverages and snacks all day long. The rest of Skiathos beaches are about 5 to 15 minutes away by car.
Our studios are not easily approached on foot and a car is necessary. There are special car rental rates for all our customers.
Skiathos airport is actually in front of us, so airplane lovers will have the chance to admire a lot of take offs and landings from their balcony. Noise is not an issue as we are located quite far from it and also because the last flight takes off before sunset.
